  • I will take 1-2 weeks to process your order. You need to know that shipping can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks for domestic orders, and 3-4 weeks for international orders.

  • I do not offer any refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Please be mindful when placing your order.

  • Once I ship your order, unfortunatly it is out of my control. Sadly, if your package gets stolen or lost by the postal service it is your responsibility as a customer, if it’s for Domestic Orders (France) to file a claim with the French Post website (La Poste) or by calling 3631 and if it’s for International Orders you can contact your local post office with your estimated delivery date. Sometimes, untracked letters are held at your local sorting office due to customs checks or incorrect address formatting. I recommend showing up to the post office in person to see if anybody can resolve the issue. You can also file a claim with your country's national postal service to report a missing item.

  • Double check your address before placing an order. In the event that a package gets sent back to me you can pay for the cost of shipping again, and I can reship your order to you. Don’t forget that once I ship your order it is out of my control.

  • Within the European Union: Orders shipped from France to another EU country are free from customs duties and import taxes.

    Outside the European Union (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia): Yes, potentially. Any package or letter containing physical goods sent internationally is subject to local customs checks.

    Important: Any import duties, taxes (like local VAT), or customs clearance fees are determined by your country's government, and are 100% the responsibility of the buyer. I have no control over whether your local customs office will charge these fees or how long they may hold your package for inspection.

    Please monitor your package closely and be ready to pay any customs or duties if you are an international buyer.
